[MEF-Matrix] - Contribution Earning

Dear Members,
As you know, MEF own a matrix program that called MEF-Matrix
I plan to share MEF advertisement income to MEF members through this matrix program and with the matrix method.
How it work?
Every 1 ad selling by MEF(Only for Top Banner Selling) at MEF, MEF-Matrix's member will also get the earning that choosen randomly by the system of the matrix. Please read the earning schema at respective site.
What is the rule for allowed to get this earning ?
U must register your username at MEF-Matrix and upgrade it by paying membership fee $7
The membership will expired after your matrix full. It means that you already earned $111,110

I do not understand you a little bit. You will give one member a membership in MEF-Matrix for 7$, but what this members has to do to get this ?

Nothing, only register and upgrade.
as i said at 1st post : I plan to share MEF advertisement income through this matrix program.
The main purpose is to give MEF's members extra earning.

Let me explain you this a bit better.
For example, you are registered member at MEF-Matrix and you paid registration fee ( $7.00 ) .
Whenever MoneyEarningForum sell top advertising banner, admin will create one upgraded member at MEF-Matrix.
That member will be downline of some already registered member and system will randomly choose who is that lucky member.
That lucky member ( and all his upline ) will of course receive commission - $1.00 .
Another example, if you are my downline and after MEF sell top banner system choose you - we will both receive commission which is $1.00.

I understood everything and also wish you happy earning in that MEF-Matrix great site, but i won't register, because i do not have 7$ in my LR
